Acceptance of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to KinoERP Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement, please do not provide KinoERP with any information and do not use this site/mobile app. By using KinoERP and voluntarily providing personally identifiable information, you consent to the collection and use of such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We maintain up-to-date physical, electronic and procedural protocols to safeguard your data. KinoERP adopts industry-standard practices to ensure adequate safeguards against unauthorised or unlawful disclosure. KinoERP will not store, copy, disclose or use user data except as necessary for performing its obligations under this Agreement.
We maintain high security protocols to safeguard your hosted data from loss, theft, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Information Collection
- We collect your information when you sign up with us.
- We do not ask for or collect any information when you simply visit our website. You may be required to provide personal information when you sign up for any service.
- The Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) requires online providers to obtain parental consent or provide notice before knowingly collecting personally identifiable information online from children under 13. KinoERP does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from a child under 13; however, schools can enter student details (name, DOB, address, mobile, gender, etc.) to manage their school records.
- If we learn that personal information has been collected from a student under 13 beyond what a school admin/owner has entered, we will delete that information as soon as possible. To report such a case, contact us at support@kinoerp.com.
Use of Information
- We may use your personal and other information to solicit feedback and send you service-related communications.
- We may analyse aggregated data (without personal identifiers) to improve our products and services. We may share aggregated data with agents, affiliates and business partners.
- We may access your hosted data to fulfil our contractual obligations — for example, technical monitoring and problem resolution. Copies of hosted data created for this purpose are retained only for the necessary time.
- We may disclose information to the extent permitted or required by law, court order or a law-enforcement agency.
- KinoERP may send push notifications/SMS to students when their teacher posts something new. You can turn these off at the device level or unsubscribe. Parents of children under 13 can opt out by contacting support@kinoerp.com.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@kinoerp.com. Schools retain ownership of their data at all times and can export it in open formats.
