KINO will not store, copy, disclose or use the data of the user except as necessary for the performance by KINO of its obligations under this Agreement.
We also maintain the highest security protocols to safeguard your hosted data from any loss, theft, unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
i. We are collecting your information when you signup with us.
ii. We do not ask and collect any information about you when you visit our website. You may require providing us your personal information when you sign up for any services.
iii. The Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that online service providers obtain parental consent or provide notice before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 13. KINO do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from a child under 13, school's can enter student details like name, dob, address, mobile, gender etc.

If KINO comes to know if any learn personal information have been collected from a student under 13 other than info entered by school admin/owner, or if KINO learns that a student under 13 has provided personal information beyond what KINO ERP requests from he or she, KINO will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that a student under 13 may have provided KINO personal information in violation of this paragraph, please contact us at info@kinoerp.com
i. We may use your personal and other information to solicit feedback, administer you our service and product brochures or any other such materials.
ii. We may use this information to analyze our system for better customer services to our valued customers/users. We may us this information in aggregated form to maintain and manage our products/services. The data in aggregated form does not contain your personal information; however we can share with this aggregated data with our agents, sales staff, affiliates and other business partners. We may use this aggregated data in statistical and descriptive form with our affiliates, business partners and prospective clients. We may employ third parties to conduct certain functions on this data on our behalf that can include but not limited to marketing, billing, customer service etc. These third parties may have access to your personal data only to the extent permitted by law.
iii. We may access your hosted data to fulfill our contractual obligations with you under terms of services. We may also employee third parties or their services in whole or in part. v. KINO ERP may send push notifications/SMS to users who are students when their teacher has posted something new within the class/Section to which they belong. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level or by Unsubscribed.
