We reserve the right to make changes, additions, and deletions to these terms from time to time without prior notice. If you continue using the service after changes, you consent to those changes. The current version is always available at kinoerp.com/terms-and-conditions.html.
"We", "Our", "Us", "Kino" — KinoERP.
"Platform", "KinoERP" — the KinoERP web application, website and mobile app developed and owned by KinoERP.
"Users", "You", "Your" — schools, school owners/managers, teachers, parents and students who access KinoERP.
"Services" — the services offered through KinoERP including student management, admissions, attendance, fees, employee management, gallery, communication, SMS and more.
General Terms
- You must stop using the service if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
- Your use of KinoERP is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the courts at Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.
- You agree to provide accurate legal name, physical address, valid email ID and any other information needed to complete the service setup.
- You are responsible for protecting your account and password. We cannot be responsible for loss resulting from a breach of this obligation.
- You are responsible for all activities performed on the service using your account.
- You agree not to use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes, or violate intellectual property/copyright laws.
- You agree not to harass, threaten or abuse KinoERP staff or its affiliates.
- We may, at our sole discretion, remove, suspend or terminate accounts we find unlawful, offensive, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or in violation of these terms.
Scope
KinoERP Basic is a free-to-use Platform that helps schools manage student admissions, data, attendance, fees, SMS and more. Teachers log in to use their assigned responsibilities. Students and parents log in to view records updated by the school — attendance, timetable, diary, gallery, dues and more. Schools can purchase additional SMS services online after logging in.
User Registration
Schools must register on the KinoERP portal before using the services and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in termination of the account. Always choose a strong password — you are responsible for keeping it confidential.
Refund Policy
Paid services (e.g. SMS, voice calls) are not refundable except in the following cases: multiple debits from the user's account while making an online payment, or SMS credit not being added after a successful payment. SMS can be sent from the KinoERP portal only after payment confirmation. Fees for paid services are exclusive of all taxes and duties — you are responsible for these.
Cancellation & Termination
- To cancel, contact KinoERP from your registered contact number or email. Reach us at support@kinoerp.com for the cancellation procedure.
- Cancellation results in the removal of your data from the service. You will not be able to recover this information once your account is cancelled — please export your data before cancelling.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the service at our sole discretion for unauthorised or illegal use. In such cases, all data may be forfeited.
Content Terms
The content of the service is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, lease, sell, distribute, derive, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service without prior permission. You agree not to create, transmit, display or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy or hateful (including viruses, worms or destructive code).
